PHASE I

Phase I was the initial phase developed in the Foothills.  Most of the remaining properties are at least half an acre, and some are close to an acre.  This section has a heavily wooded area with a running stream in the rear that would benefit the home owner to have much privacy but little yard work to do.  There are also wide open properties with ample road footage for side entry garages.
